Per questa ragione la Torre ha un alto valore simbolico espresso anche nella sua altezza di 1776 piedi, a ricordare l\u2019anno della dichiarazione di Indipendenza degli Stati Uniti. La Freedom Tower, il cui nome reale \u00e8 One World Trade Center, ha 94 piani di cui sono 70 destinati ad uffici. Il progetto \u00e8 dell\u2019architetto David Magie Childs dello studio di architettura Skidmore, Owings &amp; Merrill.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<strong>Carrara Marble in the Tower<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In such an ambitious project with a high symbolic value, Carrara marble was a must since it has always been part of the most prestigious architectural works in the world. The marble was supplied by Franchi Umberto Marmi even if it was not so easy given the complexity of the project. Alberto Franchi described it in the video interview by We Wealth: \u201cThe whole project was carried out using our Calacatta Franchi. We had to assure quality, a certain direction of the vein and the dimensions of each individual block since they were all oversized. We wanted to give our contribution to the construction of a so important monument that will remain over time and that has given even more visibility to Carrara, its marbles and Franchi Umberto Marmi&#8221;.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;228301&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>Visiting the One World Trade Center<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Freedom Tower can be visited. Visitors can reach the\u00a0<em>one world observatory<\/em> on the 102nd floor, where it is possible to enjoy multimedia experiences and panoramic spots over the city.
